We work under a different model then a well-rooted creative agency. We are a freelance collective. We find and manage our own projects. We have no overhead costs to deal with each month. Now, this is true for pretty much all freelancers, with the important exception that we have each other. A tried and tested group of colleagues with complementary skill sets that let us individually tackle much larger projects, in much shorter times, for lower prices. Of course, quality remains king.
