Memphis MLS

MemphisMLS is a real estate website developed in Drupal 5 for First National Realty. Readers of the website are able to browse all the properties in three formats: Google Maps, Full HTML and Descriptive Titles. Readers are able to refine their search by providing filters to their queries. These searches can be bookmarked to be viewed later. The reader can save these search filters RSS feeds into their news reader and get updated automatically when new properties enter the market.

Any agent or home owner can add their property to the site with out signing up. They will be sent an email from which they can publish their property and activate their user account. Properties only last 45 days on the site, but the users are able to extend these from their user panel.

On the backend, First National Realty agent's properties are added / edited and removed from the site via an XML feed which they control internally. This allows form them to easily manage large number of properties on the site.

Additionally MemphisMLS exports all properties on the site to other real estate aggregation sites like Zillow, Trulia, Oodle, FrontDoor and Google Base. This provides a value added incentive for other agents and home owners to post their properties on MemphisMLS.

MemphisMLS was also rebranded as 9to5mls.com.
