Net Leased Investment Group, established by top producing Marcus & Millichap agents, Jamie A. Medress and Mark Ruble, needed a website to showcase their property listings. This project was lead by Ryan O'Rourke who with the client created the design for the project. Jordan then implemented the design in Drupal 6.
The final product is a fairly simple and intuitive site where reader can find information about properties which are currently offered on the market. On the administration side, care was taken to make sure the website is quick and easy to update. There is also an advanced administrative feature where Net Leased Group can create privileged accounts for their clients and provide them with data sheets about the specific properties on the website.
